Our People & Talent team look after the most important part of flatfair - our team, or as they're known here, the flatfam.
They're responsible for creating a healthy and productive workplace that attracts, retains, supports, engages and develops top talent.
It’s not only about recruitment, paperwork or other traditional HR activities. Here's some of the things they work on.
