After building an incredibly successful career in insurance working for market leaders such as BUPA, HBOS and Sterling Insurance, Glen joined the flatfair team in 2021 as Head of Customer Operations & End of Tenancy.  

 

His expertise in Customer Service, Claims Management and Collections are integral to the delivery of our best-in-class Operations function.
